In wake of a recent semi crash on Highway 35 near Finley point that spilled gasoline, the Department of Transportation says they will hold public meetings to discuss safety issues of large truck traffic.

The office of emergency services says there is a potential for flooding in lowland areas in Flathead County.

The National Weather Service held a conference call with agencies across Montana and Idaho Thursday, to talk about flooding potential.
