Buck and Mary Pat Love are ski devotees with an admiration for the grand style of European ski lodges. They built the Kandahar Lodge to bring great skiing, beautiful scenery and European style lodging and dining together in their favorite Montana mountaintop retreat. The entrance to the lodge has window arches and side panels of etched glass that display mountain and forest scenes by local Whitefish artist Myni Ferguson.
